Third District of Tarlac High-Value Agriculture Training and Technology Promotion Center (Green House) is a project initiated by Cong. Jeci Lapus in cooperation of the Department of Agriculture, Department of Agrarian Reform, Tarlac College of Agriculture, Department of Education, and the Harbest Agribusiness Corporation. This synergy will hasten the empowerment of the small farmers to go into High-Value crops.
